1. What AI PRD Generator Is

AI PRD Generator is an early-stage software product designed to help users clarify product decisions and generate structured project documentation.

The service is currently in early access / validation phase. Features, workflows, and availability may change at any time.

2. No Guarantees

AI PRD Generator is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • the service will meet your expectations
  • the output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case,
  • using the service will lead to successful products, business outcomes, or financial results.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output.

3. Early Access & Availability

Access to the service:

  • may be limited, delayed, or revoked,
  • may require approval,
  • may be discontinued entirely.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the service without prior notice.

4. No Professional Advice

The service does not provide legal, financial, business, or professional advice.

Any decisions you make based on the output are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service,
  • attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the system,
  • use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the AI PRD Generator platform, branding, and underlying systems belong to us.

You retain rights to your own input and to the documents generated for your use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • we are not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
